MATTHEW WRIGLEY – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Perpetual Strata Management’s Chief Executive Officer and Licensee in charge, Matthew enjoys applying a fresh approach, new methodology and innovative direction to strata management. He has quickly made his mark in the industry by providing a vastly improved service to owners.
With almost 10 years’ experience as a builder running a construction company and providing strata maintenance services and facilities management, Matthew has a vast knowledge of the industry and best practice. He strongly advocates on behalf of industry associations and their important role in improving the operating environment for our industry.
Matthew won the 2016 UDIA Young Leaders’ Award and is vice chair of the Young Leaders’ Committee UDIA NSW.


CHANTELLE HUGHES – COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Chantelle has recently joined Perpetual Strata Management to ensure communicating with our clients remains our focus.
She is a communication and change professional with over 10 years’ experience in government, not for profit and small business sector.
Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Communications and prior to commencing with Perpetual Strata Management, worked with the Northern Territory Government and more recently the NSW Department of Planning and Environment as the Director of Campaigns and Communications where she delivered strategic communications advice for the executive and large change programs.
She is currently undertaking her Master of Business Administration with the Australian Graduate School of Management.


JUSTIN DREW – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Justin is our resident problem solver. He thrives on implementing innovative solutions and driving change to continually provide the highest standard of service for our clients.Just in brings over 12 years’ experience in the areas of law, public policy and property.
He began his career as a solicitor where he advised and acted for clients in the areas of property, commercial law and litigation.Before commencing with Perpetual Strata Management in 2018, Justin was the General Manager of Policy and Corporate Affairs for the oldest group representing the real estate development industry, where he was responsible for policy, advocacy, research, government relations, stakeholder engagement and media and communications.
He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Public Policy and Industrial Relations) from UNSW and a Master of Law and Legal Practice from UTS.

EMILY DOAN – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Emily is responsible for ensuring Perpetual Strata complies with all relevant trust accounting and property accounting policies and procedures, inclusive of any client specific policies. This also includes processing day to day accounting tasks and producing the quality management report, which is designed to enable effective decision based on the monthly owners’ report, variance analysis, KPI analysis, commentaries, budgeting and forecasting.
She maintains excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders by attending monthly
finance meeting at client sites and monthly commercial management team meetings. Emily holds CPA membership.
